Annual Parochial Church Meeting – 8th May 2025

The Election of Churchwardens and Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held in Church on Thursday 8th May at 19.30. The churchwardens will be appointed and there are four vacancies on the PCC, three to serve for three years and one to serve for one year. Anyone wishing to stand for the PCC should obtain the relevant form from the secretary, Mary Dicken.

History of Sawston Church

In response to requests, we have had Ronald Bircham’s History of Sawston Church to 1800 reprinted by Red Graphic. Copies are now available with a suggested donation of at least £10 to cover printing costs. They are in Church or can be obtained from the Church Office.

 

 

Welcoming the Revd Ian Henderson – July 2024

It is a pleasure to welcome the Reverend Ian Henderson to St Mary’s and St Peter’s. Following his ordination at Ely Cathedral on 30th June 2024, by the Bishop of Huntingdon, he joins us as Assistant Curate.
